Common connection problems
- The agent can't see the ASOgenic tools
- The MCP server block isn't loaded. Check the JSON is valid, the URL and key are right, and restart / reconnect the client.
asc_configured: false- Your
ASC_*variables aren't reaching the server process. They belong in the MCP server'senvblock, not your shell profile. - Tools fail with 401
- Your platform key is wrong, rotated, or revoked. Rotate or create one on the dashboard.
RATE_LIMITED- A short-term burst cap, not your monthly quota. Wait a few seconds and continue.
